Through that experience, he discovered a passion for helping people unlock their potential and perform at a high level.

He carried that passion into recruiting, where he focused on attracting and developing top sales talent, and later into IT recruiting, where he built a strong appreciation for systems, strategy, and scalable growth.

Today, he brings it all together, focusing on growing the organization, recruiting driven individuals, and helping agents build businesses worth owning. He is passionate about creating an environment where people are challenged, supported, and given the tools to succeed at a high level.
