Yania has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry, selling, buying, and restoring investment properties for the past twenty years. Her passion for real estate began when, at 23 years old, she purchased and remodeled her first home in Havana, Cuba. Since then, she has purchased several other income properties for long-term rentals and vacation rentals in the USA and Mexico. Yania is dedicated to serving her clients with state-of-the-art marketing strategies and uncompromising integrity. Yania is originally from Cuba and has lived in Italy, Mexico, and Kansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
