Shane is a Kansas native yet had the great opportunity to live in 5 states, and the countries of Belgium
and Germany with his military family. He is a graduate of Emporia State University in Kansas. He worked
for many years as a government contractor in the IT field on Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and Fort Carson
in Colorado. He has been involved in real estate investing since 1996 and he and his spouse have
remodeled and sold many homes. He feels he can see the potential in any property.

He enjoys spending time with his spouse and 2 teenage children. He enjoys hiking, weightlifting,
gardening, traveling and is a Jayhawks and Chiefs fan!

Shane is outgoing and friendly, and he wants his clients to feel comfortable in the home buying or selling
