Meet Natalie! A proud Lawrence, KS Local, Natalie has spent the past 1.5 years building a rewarding career in property management. With a hands-on background that began in maintenance and has since evolved into leasing, she’s developed a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of property management. She understands that finding the perfect home is about more than just a place to live—it’s about creating the right fit for each individual.

What Natalie values most in her work is the opportunity to build meaningful connections—making the process as smooth and personal as possible for both residents and colleagues. With a naturally solution-oriented mindset, she thrives on tackling challenges and is always determined to get the job done right.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting creative with DIY projects, and losing herself in a good book. Always eager to learn something new and share her knowledge, she’s passionate about teaching and helping others grow.
