Jonathan started his real estate career with a desire to help others in his community realize their dreams by providing the tools and education to buy, sell, and invest in real estate. His experience as a supply manager for a high-volume restaurant has given him the skills to negotiate with diplomacy and a high degree of communication in order to deliver excellent service in a timely manner.

A born and raised Lawrencian, Jonathan’s family is connected to the art community through his grandfather, Elden Tefft. This developed a great love and passion for art of all kinds—especially film—in Jonathan from a very young age; it has also given him a natural attention to detail.

Jonathan enjoys hot tea and breakfast with his wife and daughter on slow mornings, especially before serving and meeting new and old friends at their church on Sunday. You can also catch him enjoying the latest movie release in the theater.
