Chad brings an entrepreneurial edge to real estate with a background in investment properties with an aim of increasing the availability of affordable homes for buyers in the area. Chad is also a local business owner of complementary businesses, which include: a remodeling company, a windows and door company, and home rehab company. The desire to provide a deep bench of resources to his buyer and seller clients is a key driver for Chad.

Chad and his wife, Alex, moved to Lawrence in 2014; and they are both real estate agents with KW Integrity. In addition to serving buyer and seller clients, one of their favorite aspects of real estate is home flipping; working with homes in total disarray and then renewing them to now be a good home for others. Another favorite aspect for Chad and Alex is helping younger clients with the purchase of their first home; and helping them navigate the weight of the buying process as well as helping mentor these clients with homeownership.

Outside the office, Chad enjoys spending time with Alex in the garden and canning lots of goodies for fall; serving their church community; as well as just about anything outdoors – from golfing, to hiking, to fly-in fishing in Canada.
