I’m a proud farmer’s daughter, born and raised in small-town Kansas. I came to Lawrence in 2001 to attend the University of Kansas and quickly fell in love with the city and its vibrant community. Over two decades later, I’m grateful to still call Lawrence my forever home.

My professional journey has been diverse and deeply rooted in helping people—from spending 10 years in the banking industry, to working as a birth doula for 5 years, to becoming a long-term property investor and manager. My background in banking has given me a strong understanding of financing, lending, and financial planning—skills that directly benefit my real estate clients as they navigate important investment decisions.

Since 2009, I’ve been actively involved in flipping houses, and I’ve taken a hands-on approach to learning every aspect of home renovation. From tearing down plaster walls to roofing and siding entire houses, I know what makes a property not just marketable—but truly valuable. I’ve personally bought and sold 10 properties as an investor and understand the process from every angle.

For the past 15 years, I’ve managed long-term rental properties, and for the last 8 years, I’ve specialized in managing short-term rentals, particularly on Airbnb. This includes overseeing my own listings as well as properties for clients, giving me a comprehensive view of both traditional and modern investment strategies.
