Theresa was born and raised in rural Eudora, nine miles east of Lawrence. She attended the University of Kansas in the early 1990s, then lived in Dallas, Texas and Boulder, Colorado before returning home in 2009.

In 2018, she traded her long career in sales and property management for real estate and has never looked back. It’s a dream job for her, combining her passions for interior design and decorating with sales and outstanding client service.

She recently purchased a home in Eudora, built in the 1950s and in need of renovations and personal touches. Her keen eye and ability to see the potential in a property—visualizing it in its complete state—is a skill she brings to her clients, as well.

As a seller’s agent, she represents the client’s desire to achieve a quick sale and optimal return by helping them maximize the marketability of their property. Theresa provides thorough home staging for her clients—redecorating, rearranging furniture, decluttering, and other aesthetic strategies to present the home in its best possible light.

As a buyer’s agent, her familiarity with Eudora and Douglas County and connections in the communities enable her to help clients find the right house to call home. When not selling real estate, Theresa can be found cuddled on her couch with her three rescue dogs watching HGTV.
